1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Holy Apps ("we", "us") about your use of Kol: the apps, the web version and related services. By using Kol you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. If you got Kol from the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply to your download.

2. Using Kol

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Kol to:

We may suspend or remove an ID that breaks these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.

4. AI in calls

5. Your content

What you say in Kol is yours. Calls between people go phone to phone and we don't store them. When an AI is in a call, you let us and our AI provider process what's said only to produce the AI's answers, as described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for what you say and share.

6. Not for emergencies

Kol depends on the internet, your device, notifications and other people's devices. Calls may fail, be delayed or not ring. Don't rely on Kol for emergencies or safety-critical communication. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

7. Changes and ending

8. Disclaimers and liability

Kol is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we don't promise that it will always work, be error-free or meet your needs, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits. Where the law allows a limit, our total liability to you for any claim about Kol is limited to the amount you paid us for Kol in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer says otherwise.
